An object falling from the stands hit Mateo Retegui on the head, immediately after the Genoa striker had scored the 1-1 goal in Salerno, momentarily equalizing Martegani’s initial goal (1-2 the final result).
The images show a stone, not very small, hitting the player on the left side of the head as he hugs Spence: Retegui then immediately collapses to the ground. The Italian-Argentine got up almost immediately, a little sore.
