UDINE. Udinese Calcio announced on its official website, on the evening of Monday 10 January, that the result of new molecular tests carried out in the morning – or not even 24 hours after the Friuli match -, in addition to an additional member of the staff, is a positive result at Covid-19 was also a player “who took part in the match played yesterday (Sunday 9 January) against Atalanta”.
The Friulian club «immediately activated all the protocols envisaged by the regulations in force and informed the competent health authorities of the positive outcome of one of the elements who took the field against Atalanta. The members of the team currently positive and in isolation are thus 13: nine players plus four members of the staff ».
