The experience is transversal to all ages and it may happen that they find themselves whistling together even father and daughter, as in the case of Valentina (21 years old, kindergarten educator) just promoted to regional referee and Cesare Daresi (57 years old, truck driver) territorial arbitrator. «When I found myself refereeing for the first time with my dad on the same court it was really exciting», says Valentina while dad Cesare says: «I felt infinite joy and pride. Refereeing has helped me to have more patience in life, to respect the ideas of others while not always sharing them and, in particular, to accept constructive confrontation which, certainly, is a good way to improve day by day ».
