After solicitation and review, the “Thousand Youth Asian Games Watching Dream Action” initiated by Zhejiang caring person Chen Xiezhong was selected as the 2022 Asian Games Dream, and will lead 1,000 young people from old revolutionary areas such as Yuyao Siming Mountain, Suichang Wangcunkou, and Zhejiang Province to watch Hangzhou on the spot. The “Thousand Youth Asian Games Dream Realization Action” Asian Games Dream Volunteer service time is from September 23 to October 8, 2023. The service location is the Asian Games venues in Hangzhou, and the number of recruits is 20.
Service content: organize and lead young people to watch the Asian Games, participate in the concierge reception, safety guidance, item distribution, communication and contact during the watching period. Main tasks include but not limited to:
1. Contact the leader of the youth Asian Games dream team;
2. Participate in relevant activities of the Youth Asian Games Dream Team;
3. Organize the pick-up and drop-off of the youth Asian Games spectator team, and count the number of people, and be responsible for safety;
4. Watch the game with the Youth Asian Games Dream Team, and maintain the discipline and safety of the game during the game;
5. In case of emergencies, get in touch with the team leader of the Asian Games spectator team and the venue management personnel in time.
Selection requirements:
1. Caring, punctual, responsible, patient, able to assist in the organization and management of large-scale events;
2. Over 25 years old and under 50 years old, in good health, enthusiastic about public welfare, with sufficient time, obeying arrangements, obeying orders, and able to adapt to volunteer work;
3. School teachers and sports enthusiasts are preferred.
