Warriors assistant Mike Brown becomes King’s new head coach, previously coaching James
On May 9, 2022, Beijing time, according to the famous reporter Wo Shen, the King and Warriors assistant coach Mike Brown reached a four-year contract, and the latter will serve as the King’s coach in the new season.
Mike Brown has served as an assistant coach for the Warriors for the past six seasons and has previously served as the head coach of the Cavaliers and Lakers, famously coaching LeBron James. In 2007, Brown led the Cavaliers to the Finals.
With Brown as head coach, the team is 347-216 (61.6 percent); the playoffs are 47-36.
