How to recover Alice password and username

Per recover your Alice Mail password we must therefore refer to TIM. The official support page lets us know that, in case you forget your email username or password @alice.it o @tim.it you need to connect to the TIM Mail login page.

Here you can choose between Recover Username and Recover Password.

Recover Username

Get the email @alice.it o @tim.it was associated with one TIM ADSL/Fibre line or a TIM mobile numberyou can recover your username by clicking here.

A page opens in which you must type the internet line number or the TIM mobile phone number associated with the email.

If the email is connected to the TIM ADSL/FIBRA line, the username will be shown immediately, otherwise, you must use the recovery mobile number to receive a code via SMS to enter to view the username.

In the absence of a recovery phone number, answer the secret question chosen during the registration phase, and you will get the username.

Password recovery

Enter your email address @alice.it o @tim.it and then enable the reCaptcha and click on Avanti. Enter the code sent to your recovery number, then choose a new password and click Avanti.

If you have not set up a mobile number for recovery and do not remember your password, you can send an email with a photocopy of your identity card to the address: [email protected].

How to recover deleted emails from Alice

Two deleted emails from your Alice inbox? No problem, there are several solutions to try to restore messages.

By accessing from a PC you can connect to the official website, or if you have configured a post client with Alice Mailsuch as Outlook or Thunderbird, you can try to recover everything from the hard drive.

Alice Mail Recycle Bin (Tim Mail)

It is certainly the easiest and most immediate method to recover emails deleted by Alice: just connect to the inbox and then enter the Basket.

All deleted messages temporarily end up in this folder they remain for 7 daysbefore definitive deletion.

Therefore, if in Basket the messages are still there, all you have to do is select the ones you want to restore and then click on Move in and then up Incoming mail. Now you will be able to have your deleted emails available again.

Email recovery from email client

If a week has passed and the messages have been deleted, but you have configured Alice/Tim Mail with Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbirdetc…You can try using data recovery software like Recuva, totally free and easy to install.

After installation, all you have to do is launch it and wait for data recovery. If the program detects emails Alice Mail deleted, all you have to do is put a check mark next to the ones you want to save and click on Recover.
