H elldivers II Creative Director Calls for Unity Among Console Fans
Helldivers II, Sony’s most popular game on Steam, has been causing quite the stir among console fans. The game is exclusive to PlayStation 5, leaving Xbox fans feeling left out. However, when a user took to social media to compare Helldivers II to the beloved Xbox franchise Halo, creative director Johan Pilestedt had something to say.
“Why compare? As long as gamers love and enjoy both, it’s either or neither,” Pilestedt said in response to the heated debate among fans. This message of unity and appreciation for all games resonated with many in the gaming community, including Pierce State, who added, “We need more compassion and solidarity in the world, not competition.”
