Microsoft Announces Cross-Platform Dates for Four Titles
Microsoft has made another cross-platform announcement, revealing the release dates for four of its titles across various gaming platforms.
One of the titles, “Perfect Sound Wave” (Hi-Fi RUSH), developed by Tango Gameworks, is set to launch on the PS5 platform on March 19th. The game is a rhythm action game featuring the protagonist Ah Cha, who embarks on a journey to become a rockstar. The game will see Ah Cha engage in rhythmic battles and face off against the ruthless business leaders of an evil mechanical conglomerate.
Additionally, the narrative adventure game “Pentiment” developed by Obsidian Entertainment is scheduled for release on PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on February 22. The game draws its visual style from medieval history, immersing players in a living illustrated world.
Another game by Obsidian Entertainment, “Survival Battle in a Tiny World” (Grounded), has officially attracted 20 million players. The survival adventure game, featuring four children shrunk to the size of ants, will be released on PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on April 16th. The game also boasts cross-platform play between PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
Lastly, the cooperative survival adventure game “Sea of Thieves” developed by Rare will be launched on PS5 on April 30. The game allows players to embark on pirate adventures alone or with up to four players and includes both cooperative and player versus player modes. “Sea of Thieves” also supports cross-platform play on Xbox, PS, and PC.
