Charioteer collaborates with the credit company Nationwide to provide software solutions, developed for the management and security of the entire ATM fleet on English territory. Nationwide is the largest credit union in the world with over 16 million members and based in Swindon, England. Born in 1846 as an insurance cooperative, today it is a reality consolidated with a wide range of financial products and services.

A single platform

Present in around 90 cities in the UK, it boasts a network of more than 600 branches and over 1,200 ATMs. Objective of Nationwide is to achieve greater efficiency of the ATM channel and improve the service experience for customers. For this reason it has identified Auriga and its multi-vendor software as the ideal partner renew self-service infrastructure and eliminate legacy systems that prevent the development of new services. Thus moving to a single software platform capable of supporting hardware from different suppliers.

More cybersecurity for the ATM system

The project involves the implementation of the Auriga platform with various integrated solutions. Like WWS ATM for service channel management; the WWS OTO OMNIA marketing solution for promoting products and services through the ATM channel. Finally, WWS Proactive Monitoring OMNIA for complete control and planning of interventions for self-service networks, for greater service availability. Furthermore, to address the challenges related to the security of the ATM channel, Nationwide will adopt Lookwise Device Manager (LDM), Auriga’s software solution dedicated to cybersecurity of ATMs.
