NOVITEC’s Customization Upgrades for the Ferrari 296 GTB
The Ferrari 296 GTB has already captured the attention of sports car enthusiasts with its innovative hybrid technology, but now, thanks to NOVITEC’s customization upgrades, the mid-engine sports car has been taken to a whole new level.
NOVITEC has developed a range of body parts for the 296 GTB, all made of exposed structural carbon fiber, giving the car an even more thrilling and aggressive appearance. These parts, in addition to fine-tuning in the wind tunnel, have increased the Berlinetta’s aerodynamic downforce at high speeds, further optimizing handling stability.
Working with American rim manufacturer Vossen, NOVITEC has also developed custom tire/rim combinations in 21-inch and 22-inch diameters for the 296 GTB, making full use of the space in the rim wells. The coilover suspension or sports springs provided by NOVITEC ensure stronger handling.
In terms of engine upgrades, NOVITEC offers a high-efficiency turbocharged air intake combined with a performance exhaust system and sport catalytic converter, resulting in an additional 38 hp increase. This brings the total power output of the hybrid system to 638 kW / 868 hp.
In addition to these performance enhancements, NOVITEC has also developed a complex series of components made from exposed-carbon fiber to give the 296 GTB a stronger racing appearance and aerodynamic benefits.
The range of upgrades doesn’t stop there, as NOVITEC offers thrillingly large side skirts, carbon fiber accents on exterior components, and custom-made rims from Vossen. The company’s suspension upgrades, including a front axle lift system, further enhance the coupe’s daily practicality.
Engine specialists have also developed a custom-made turbine intake and exhaust system with optimized airflow. These upgrades, in combination with a 100-unit metal catalytic converter, result in an increase in peak power of 38 hp.
With all of these customization options, NOVITEC has succeeded in taking the Ferrari 296 GTB to new heights, both in terms of performance and visual appeal.
