“Indie Game ‘Buckshot Roulette’ Surpasses 1 Million Sales Milestone”

The indie psychological horror game “Buckshot Roulette” has recently achieved a major milestone, surpassing 1 million copies in sales. Developed by independent developer Mike Klubnika, the game was first launched on itch.io in December of last year before making its way to Steam on April 5. Within just two weeks of its Steam release, the game accumulated 10,000 copies and received rave reviews from players.

“Buckshot Roulette” immerses players in a dark and intense atmosphere reminiscent of old movies, using rough 3D modeling graphics to create a unique experience. The gameplay revolves around a deadly game of Russian Roulette, but with a twist – players use a 12-gauge shotgun for a truly harrowing and suspenseful experience.

In the game, players face off against a devil dealer in a life-and-death bet, with each round lasting about 15 to 20 minutes. The stakes are high as players take turns pulling the trigger of the loaded shotgun, with the possibility of encountering live ammunition or blanks. The game not only relies on luck but also involves strategic decision-making and psychological warfare to outsmart the opponent.

Following its release on Steam, “Buckshot Roulette” quickly gained popularity, with sales reaching 500,000 within just five days. The game saw a peak of nearly 10,000 simultaneous downloads, showcasing its widespread appeal among gamers. Developer Mike Klubnika expressed gratitude to all players and supporters for helping the game reach the 1 million sales milestone.

Additionally, renowned artist Dr. Jewel, who created the key visual for “Buckshot Roulette,” has released dynamic wallpapers based on the game’s devil dealer character. The game’s multiplayer mode is also in development, promising even more exciting gameplay experiences in the future.
