Doctor Who is back, it’s the fifteenth, maybe it’s not the most loved but it doesn’t matter. A series that has lived since the Sixties deserves all our respect. As well as – but for totally different reasons – the Bridgerton phenomenon now in its third series. We are talking about an inclusive period series that dances between “Les Liaisons dangereuse” by Stephen Frears and Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola with a disarming lightness. In any case, we are talking about a global success that is incomprehensible to many. For a few, however, it is the beautiful Evil that reaches its epilogue. We are talking about an original series about demonic possessions, exorcists and truly misunderstood but highly valuable religion. Last tip: the Fallout series has lived up to expectations, convincing not only video game fans.

Doctor Who – Season 14 – 11 May

Let’s pay attention because we are talking about a British science fiction television series produced by the BBC starting from 1963. The classic series has lasted 23 seasons, the revival has been thirteen and now we are at number 14. Ncuti Gatwa who is the lead actor plays the Fifteenth Doctor . Now no comparisons should be made with the past. Only applause. (Disney+).

Evil – Season 3 – May 24.

It’s a series that few know and it’s a shame. Kristen, David and Ben are three finally original occult detectives. Leland is a villain the likes of which we haven’t seen in a long time. The actors are inspired, the series is well written and is never boring. It’s a shame we’ve reached the final season. Katja Herbers is very good. (Paramount+)

Bridgerton – Season 3 – May 16

The race for a good marriage begins again. The brothers of the Bridgerton family seek love and happiness in London’s high society. Everyone likes the series. It is inspired by Julia Quinn’s novels. Many are waiting for it. Not all though. (Netflix)

The Sympathizer – Mini Series – 20 May

America and Vietnam. A half-French, half-Vietnamese spy and first-rate actors. Everyone likes communist spies. As well as well-thought-out thrillers as promised by this series based on the novel of the same name by Viet Thanh Nguyen, winner of the Pulitzer Prize. (Sky Atlantic. NowTv)
