“We have received many inquiries about a game from another company that was released in January 2024. We have not granted permission for the use of Pokémon intellectual property or assets in this game. We intend to investigate and take appropriate action against any actions that violate the Pokémon’s intellectual property rights. We will continue to care for each Pokémon and its world, and work to bring the world together through Pokémon.”
