In 2024, Google is expected to launch Pixel Watch 3, its next-generation smartwatch. Unlike the Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2, Big G’s third smart watch is expected to launch in two different sizes, one with a 41mm case and one with a much more generously sized screen.
In the past few years, both the Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2 have launched with a case size equal to 41 mmin line with that of several other smartwatches on the market and whose area guaranteed the implementation of a good-sized screen: to find out more, we recommend you take a look at our review of the Google Pixel Watch 2.
In this round, however, Pixel Watch 3 will also have a second variantthe latter with a well chest 45 millimeters. In the dual version with 41 and 45 mm cases, Pixel Watch 3 will have the same dimensions as the Apple Watch Series 9, also launched by Apple in the dual 41 mm and 45 mm variants. Samsung also adopts more or less the same dimensions, with some “cuts” of its Galaxy Watch 6 which they range from 40 to 47 millimeters.
The report, coming from colleagues at 9to5Google, also confirms that Pixel Watch 3 will be released in October this year, probably together with Google Pixel 9 and Google Pixel 9 Pro. Also last year, in fact, Pixel Watch 2 was launched together with Google Pixel 8 and Google Pixel 8 Pro.
In parallel, 9to5Google also revealed that Big G is working on the Pixel Buds Pro 2. The first generation of Google Pixel Buds Pro was unveiled on the global market in May 2022, while its release Italian dates back to July of the same year: the life cycle of earbuds of Mountain View, in short, should be just over two years.
