“Reigns: Beyond” Launches on PC Steam and Switch Today
The highly anticipated mobile game “Reigns: Beyond” is set to launch on PC Steam and Switch platforms today, published by Devolver Digital and developed by Nerial, the team behind the popular “Reigns” series.
In “Reigns: Beyond”, players take on the role of leading an independent band across the galaxy. By traveling between different planets, playing music, recruiting musicians, and rocking the universe, players must navigate through challenges and make strategic decisions to achieve success.
Similar to the “Throne” series, “Reigns: Beyond” utilizes a simple left-right swipe mechanic to select events, like a dating app. With a plethora of cards influencing the plot and ending of the game, players must carefully balance resources on the spacecraft, manage crew duties, and overcome obstacles such as space robbers and toll collectors.
Featuring over 60 characters with unique personalities, including the manager King Shark, mollusk scholar Strombo, and space battle bear Gran, players will interact with a diverse cast of characters that impact the story. With more than 1,700 card options available, every decision made will shape the gameplay experience.
