Verge Motorcycles Unveils World‘s First “Visual Sense” Bike at CES 2024

Verge Motorcycles is aiming to revolutionize the world of motorcycles with its latest innovation – the world‘s first car with “visual sense” bikes. The feature, which utilizes artificial intelligence and a combination of hardware and software, aims to provide riders with a “clear and informative overall view” in order to make motorcycles safer.

This groundbreaking upgrade will be featured on the e-bike maker’s flagship model, the TS Ultra. The visual sense technology will use a combination of six cameras and high-resolution front and rear radars, as well as over-the-air updates (OTA), sensor technology, artificial intelligence, and human intelligence. The addition of a Machine Interface (HMI) aims to make bicycling safer than ever before.

Verge CTO Marko Lehtimäki expressed the company’s dedication to smart and safe cycling, stating, “Verge is making cycling smarter and safer, for example, by improving a rider’s ability to observe their environment and bike functions through artificial intelligence and machine learning.” The TS Ultra’s new camera and software updates combine to make it the world’s first motorcycle equipped with vision, providing advice to the rider and acting as a “whisperer” while riding.

The upgraded bike is set to make its debut at CES 2024, where attendees will have the opportunity to see this groundbreaking technology firsthand. With a focus on rider safety and enhanced awareness, Verge Motorcycles is setting a new standard in the world of motorcycles.
