If you want to watch series on WOW, you will have to spend more money in the future. The streaming provider has removed the separate series package from the program.

At WOW you could previously choose from three different memberships. In addition to a sports subscription for 29.99 euros per month and a film and series subscription for 9.98 euros per month, there was also a pure series package. This only cost 7.99 euros per month, but in return it did not include any films.
The membership was perfect for anyone who just wanted to watch a specific series and could do without all the other content. However, this option will no longer be available in the future. If you are interested in series, you then have to book the package that also includes films – and pay two euros more. The series subscription is still mentioned in one place or another on the website. However, it can no longer be booked.
The streaming provider has not yet released an official statement. It’s also not the first time that WOW has caused astonishment with its subscription system. A new premium concept was quickly introduced last year. Anyone who wants access to full HD resolution and surround sound has to pay an additional 5 euros in addition to the typical subscription costs. Everyone else has to be content with 720p, stereo sound and a maximum of one simultaneous stream.
