Recruitment with BUMN (RBB) 2024 officially opened today, Saturday (23/3). Registration is open until April 1, 2024.
On this occasion, there were 110 state-owned companies providing 688 vacancies with 1,830 positions.
General Chairperson of the Indonesian Human Capital Forum (FHCI) Alexandra Askandar said vacancies were available from high school/equivalent education level to Masters with both non-experience (fresh graduates) and those with experience.

“In encouraging inclusivity and equality, we maintain consistency to continue to open up equal opportunities for all individuals with various backgrounds,” he added in a press conference at the Ministry of BUMN, Central Jakarta, Friday (22/2), quoted from detikfinance.
“In this case, education is open starting from high school/equivalent to postgraduate, fresh graduates and those with experience,” he continued.
As for the age limit, for high school the maximum is set at 25 years and for diplomas at 27 years. Meanwhile for S1 up to 30 years and S2 up to 35 years.
Apart from that, opportunities are also opened for people with disabilities. FHCI is committed to continuing to improve quality to ensure that the recruitment process runs effectively and efficiently.
“Especially for friends with disabilities, the recruitment mechanism is carried out separately from regular recruitment, where we will provide a comfortable environment for friends with disabilities,” said Alexandra further.
In this year’s RBB, there are several selection stages, such as basic ability tests, moral tests, and English language tests.
Apart from that, starting this year there will also be a national insight test and learning agility test and ending with a field ability test.
“God willing, this can be carried out smoothly and it is hoped that an announcement will be made in July 2024,” he said.
