Afghanistan, the dilemma of Iran and local Shiites: to deal with the Taliban or not?

Many Shiites in Afghanistan initially did not trust Iran in recent months, which advised them not to oppose the Taliban and to negotiate deals. Everyone, however, today thinks they are losers in the new situation that has arisen, both those who have agreed to refrain from fighting the Taliban, and those who have tried to resist.
