The salary supplement applies to FO’s members in the Spekter area outside the health organisations. Salary negotiations for FO’s members in the health institutions start on 2 May.
The result gives a guaranteed supplement of NOK 13,650. The supplements are gross and are given with effect from 1 April 2024.

Central supplements, occupational health and continuing education
– It is important for FO to ensure high central supplements. Central supplements ensure salary development for all our members, says deputy chairperson of FO, Lisbeth Berntsen Grandalen.
She is very satisfied that our members have increased purchasing power.
During the main settlement, the text of the agreements is negotiated, in addition to wages.
In the mediation between Fellesforbundet and NHO, it was agreed to work on a skills reform for further and further education. LO Stat has demanded that the central parties jointly find solutions for how such a reform can be incorporated in the Spekter area. In addition, the parties must work together for arrangements that can ensure good occupational health throughout their working life.
In addition to this, artificial intelligence and securing employees in home offices have been central.
Deadlines for agreement on the businesses
Now the local negotiations start at the individual business (part B). The deadline for reaching an agreement in the local negotiations is 3 May (with a few exceptions).
A deadline for the further negotiations in areas 10, 11 and 13 will be agreed later.
About the negotiations in Spekter
The negotiations in the Spekter area go over several stages. Last night on Wednesday, an agreement was reached on the central salary settlement (Part A), and it applies to all businesses in Spekter. The Part A negotiations form the basis for negotiations at the individual business (Part B). Part B regulates pay and working conditions. It is important that the low wage profile is safeguarded in the local negotiations. If the parties do not reach an agreement, the salary settlement goes to mediation.
