Club teams cannot be led by coaches who are under any penalty suspended by the competent authorities of the FSS or the Community. The suspended coach may not stay in the restricted area of the stadium where the match is being played, and may not communicate with the coaching staff during the match to his team and players. Violation of this provision is subject to punishment in accordance with the FSS Disciplinary Regulations,” reads the FSS competition regulations.
