DRUZKIVKA – All books written by Russian authors are banned in Ukraine. It is a proposal of the Parliament of Kiev, the Verkhovna Rada. The bill includes restrictions on the import and distribution of editorial products from Russia, Belarus and the territories of Ukraine that are not under the control of Kiev. Authors who are or were Ukrainian citizens at the time of death, as well as those who did not have Russian citizenship at the time of death, are exceptions.
