The Montenegrin team has tied three defeats and occupies the penultimate place in the table, which leads to the play-off, while Igokea has significantly reduced its chances of being in the playoffs with a series of failures, as it now has only one point more than ninth-placed Split.
“The Sailor team is certainly in a situation they did not want to find themselves in before the beginning of the championship. They are fighting frantically for survival, which makes our job probably more difficult than it would be in some other circumstances. It is not easy to play in Bar, they have a lot of quality individuals who they can surprise in every game. The game is certainly important to us, even though it is the third away game in a row, we want to get out of the result crisis, we also want him to play better and I hope that we will be in a position to play our best and honor some agreements and come back on some path that we have mapped out. I think a lot depends on us and we will do our best to be good in Bar”, said Igokea coach Vladimir Jovanović.
The young basketball player of “Igos” Ognjen Radošić said that he and his teammates had prepared well and that they will give their best in order to win.
“After two consecutive away games, the third awaits us in Bar against Mornar, who is a quality team. Considering their situation in the table is not realistic, we worked hard and trained for the last seven days, we prepared well and we need to play a good game, we will give our best and we win”said Radošić.
The duel between Mornara and Igokea will be played on Friday at 6 pm in Bar.
