(Information updated at 9:00 am on 2/2/2024) We have just updated the situation with the GNR regarding road traffic.

Thus, the constraints at this time regarding the circulation of vehicles, we were also informed of some constraints caused by farmers who are protesting in the following locations:

– Vila Verde de Ficalho;

– slow speed in Viseu (probably on the N2, but the GNR would still confirm);

– idling of tractors on the A33 between Moita and Alcochete. Traffic is very congested in this location due to the accumulation of vehicles.

As for circulation at the main Portuguese borders, traffic is normalized.

For now, there is nothing more to report regarding other blocking locations (at least, identified by the GNR). However, we will keep this information updated whenever new changes are made.

We were also informed that, at the moment, circulation at the borders described below is without restrictions, namely:

Internally, there are currently problems on the following national roads:

Finally, according to information from an Associated company, farmers are preparing a blockade near the Monfortinho border (not yet confirmed by GNR).

For now, there is nothing more to report regarding other blocking locations (at least, identified by the GNR). However, we will keep this information updated whenever new changes are made.

(updated at 4pm)

Following the information sent yesterday, January 31st, to the associative universe, it was confirmed that protests by Portuguese farmers were taking place, with consequences on several traffic routes.

ANTRAM, this morning, requested the GNR Traffic Unit for complete information on the locations where there are blockages/stoppages or restrictions on circulation.

We are still waiting for this information to reach us so that we can disseminate it accurately, namely the critical points where protests are taking place with stops, blockages and other restrictions on the movement of vehicles.

In the meantime, and just based on the information that is being disseminated in the media, we draw attention to some of the routes that we know are being affected:

At the same time, ANTRAM has sought to maintain contact with the IMT and the guardianship.

We appeal to our Associates, if they wish to report a situation requiring urgent resolution, to contact ANTRAM Central Services directly.
