At least five people were killed by an attack Russian missile attack carried out on Monday in Odessa, in the south-west of Ukraine, on the Black Sea. The governor of the region, Oleh Kiper, wrote on Telegram that 32 people were injured, eight of them seriously, and that in addition to those killed in the attack, a man died of a heart attack thought to be linked to the event.
