Jannik Sinner beat Russian Andrey Rublev 3-0 to reach the semi-final of the Australian Open. The Italian tennis player will compete for a place in the final with Novak Djokovic, who won in four sets with Taylor Fritz. The two will play on Friday 26 January in a match that has already become a tennis “classic”. The South Tyrolean reached the penultimate step of the first slam of the season without losing a set and beating the number 5 in the world 6-4, 7-6 and 6-3.
