The train will leave the country through the Mohan port in Yunnan and head to Vientiane, the capital of Laos, and it will take about 7 days to run.

This is the city’s first Southeast Asia international freight train, and it is also the first China-Laos international freight train in our province since the opening of the China (China) Laos (Laos) railway in December last year. A total of 25 40-foot TEUs were loaded on this train, with a total cargo weight of about 625 tons and a total cargo value of about US$1 million. The integrated customs declaration, inspection and release in the Baoji Comprehensive Bonded Zone achieved “point-to-point” cross-border fast customs clearance and exit. After the goods arrive in Vientiane, Laos, they will be transferred to Myawaddy Port in Myanmar, and will be distributed to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and other Southeast Asian countries.

The opening of this train will provide a new logistics channel and a safe and efficient supply chain for enterprises in the inland city of Baoji and its surrounding areas to enter ASEAN, deeply cultivate ASEAN, and take root in ASEAN. , as well as docking the international market, strengthening international economic and trade exchanges with Southeast Asia to inject new impetus.
