WWW.PASJABAR.COM — Barcelona Femeni still maintains perfect results in the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) group stage match.

Most recently, Barcelona won with a score of 2-0 when they hosted Eintracht Frankfurt in a match which took place at the Estadi Johan Cruyff, Friday (26/1) early morning WIB.

This is Barcelona’s fifth win from the five matches they have played during the group phase. With 15 points, Barcelona will definitely advance to the knockout rounds with Group A champion status.

Playing at their own headquarters, Barcelona immediately appeared to be pressing from the start of the match. They also successfully opened the score in the 19th minute through Patricia Guijarro.

But after that, their efforts to double their lead always failed. The 1-0 score lasted until halftime.

In the second half, Barcelona did not relax the pressure. They finally scored again in the 73rd minute. This time, it was Carolina Graham Hansen who found the net for Frankfurt.

However, in the remaining time, there were no additional goals from either team. The 2-0 score lasted until the match ended.

So far, Barcelona Femeni has been the most consistent team. They have scored 23 goals and conceded just once.

Barcelona Femeni is the defending champion in this event. Even in the last three seasons, Aitana Bonmati and friends have always reached the final.

Unfortunately, they failed to win the 2022 edition after losing to Lyon. Meanwhile, in 2021 they will be champions after beating Chelsea.
