At the World Championships in Nove Mesto, the 2024 Biathlon World Championships starts today on Wednesday (February 7, 2024) with the mixed relay live on television, stream and in the media library. On the schedule until February 18th. There are a total of twelve competitions on the program for the biathletes in Nove Mesto in the Czech Republic. All competitions will be broadcast live on free TV.
At the start of the biathlon mixed relay today on Wednesday, each nation sends its two best men and women into the race. The race is 4 x 6 kilometers, the competition rules correspond to those of a normal team relay.

Eurosport starts its broadcast of the 2024 Biathlon World Cup in Nove Mesto today from 4:50 p.m. in its first program. A German-language live broadcast of the mixed relay from the Biathlon World Championships in the Czech Republic will also be available on ORF 1 on Wednesday from 5:10 p.m. The first program from Austrian Radio can be received freely and free of charge in parts of the Allgäu and Bavaria.

The World Championship starts today on Wednesday (7.2.24) with the mixed relay. There is no snow in the Moravia region southwest of the capital Prague. It’s plus temperatures and it’s been raining off and on in the past few days. No frost is forecast for the second week either. There is about one meter of artificial snow on a white band on the routes around the stadium. There is a good 50,000 cubic meters of snow in the depot.
Here at the shooting range of the 2024 Biathlon World Cup Arena in Nove Mesto, the mixed relay will be shot for the first time live on TV, stream and in the media library on Wednesday (February 7th). The slopes in the Czech Republic are prepared with artificial snow.
