The Brazilian Federal Supreme Court condemns the former judge with seven votes in favor and two against Sergio Moro and awards a second, decisive victory to Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. The verdict was not taken for granted. In reverse. But to establish that the former hero of Lava Jato, the magistrate who led the largest investigation into corruption of this century in Brazil and 12 other countries of the continent, had a partisan conduct, which towards Lula was persecutory, guiding the prosecutors on where and how to find the evidence against him, means burying him and his entire judicial activity.
