Good poetry is magic. It is the key that opens our bodies and shatters our healthy minds. Creates a golden insanity in the language of delirium
Therefore, Gabriel Faraco is a wizard. He writes with a dark light that twists your insides so that his poems do the same to us.
The rhythm of his poems is the rhythm of fast cars, crowded buses, the noise of sad people going to parties to confront this world ignoring them.
Faraco is from Santa Catarina and is the type of poet who puts the shroud over the pack.
His poems are universal in themselves.
Baudelaire, Roberto Piva and Álvares de Azevedo are ground in the language of confrontation that Gabriel Faraco uses.
Reading this zine I say:
Gabriel Faraco is socially necessary!
So that dreams are not hiding places for fearful intellectuals.
