Canary Islands, tens of thousands of residents on the streets against mass tourism: “There are limits!”

With the cry of “Canarias holds a limit”, the Canaries have a limit, tens of thousands of residents in the eight islands of the Canary archipelago staged simultaneous mobilisations, which began at midday, to protest against a development model based on mass tourism and on the exploitation of the environment and natural resources which depletes the territory.
