The architects Ludmila Manita, Erica Bragion, Bia Ferrari and Fabricio Rodrigues are the competitors of the @chefdecor 2024. An event aimed at amateur cooks, the theme of the year is Happy Hour. Unlike previous years, the proposal is to recreate an environment that mixes uncomplicated food, drinks, music and decoration.

For Ludmila Manita, expectations for the event are high. “I hope it’s fun, tasty, family-friendly. Something really comfy, as the happy hour proposal suggests that everything is more relaxed, loose and calm”it says.
Erica Bragion, who lives the family tradition of getting together to cook, eat and drink, believes in the intersection between architecture and gastronomy. “The union of architecture and cuisine is about balance. The flavors, the dish and the moment of serving. It’s an art,” ensures.
Bia Ferrari has already made up her mind and gives a spoiler about her menu. “It will have a New York theme, which represents joy, fun and cuisine from different cultures. I think it’s perfect,” evaluate.
“At home, we have already prepared two menus that are completely different from each other, to test the pairing with drinks. We serve family and friends to get their opinion and decide which menu we will use on the day”says Fabricio Rodrigues.
Before each presentation, the dishes will be guided by the technical judge, Chef Emerson Donadon.

The talent of each of them will be explored during four nights – 13/05, 20/05, 27/05 and 03/06 – which will be held, alternately, at the construction company Plaenge and at the flagship jaderalmeida Campinas. The final will be presented by Ornare on 13/06.
The winner will receive a trophy created by architect and artist Cris Sagarra.
