CONTINENTAL At TOC Europe in Rotterdam with the range of tires for ports and terminals – Companies

At this year’s TOC Europe in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, Continental will support the digital transformation of port operations and present tires and digital technologies that fulfill its vision of “Smart Port – Better Flow”. Flagship products, such as DockMaster+ and TerminalMaster tyres, illustrate the performance and reliability of the tire range designed for ports and terminals

Federico Jiménez, Head of Port Operation Tires, explains: “We firmly believe that digital solutions – seamlessly intertwined with high-end tire technologies – are the key to sustainable ports. We are committed to supporting this evolution of smart ports with a portfolio which combines adaptability, efficiency and environmental responsibility”. TOC Europe 2024 will take place from 11 to 13 June 2024. Visitors will find Continental at stand H64 in Hall 1.

Continental offers an integrated range of V.ply, radial and solid tyres, specifically designed for the demanding environment of a port terminal. For the first time, Continental will present a unique portfolio of complementary digital solutions for the port segment.

These are tailor-made scalable solutions suitable for different application situations, such as ContiConnect, the reliable fleet management platform for large fleets of port operations and ContiConnect Lite, a more streamlined and free version for mobile devices that does not require any additional hardware as well as the Gen2 Tire Sensor.

There is also the new entry-level solution from Continental: the new Valve Cap Sensor for efficient tire pressure monitoring and with easy installation directly on the tire valve. With these three adaptable solutions, port operators can achieve greater sustainability and efficiency based on the needs of their individual fleets.
