Press vehicles can now make their accreditation requests for coverage of the match between Cuiabá and Metropolitanos-VEN by CONMEBOL Sul-Americana, next Wednesday (08), at 8pm UNTIL 12PM ON MONDAY (06). , at Arena Pantanal.

Official communication vehicles (TVs, radios, portals, printed newspapers and image agencies) can register to cover the event. 2 (two) professionals per television station, 3 (three) professionals per radio, 2 (two) professionals per portal, 2 (two) professionals per printed newspaper and 1 (one) photographer per image agency will be allowed.

PRESS REGISTRATION

*Only professionals accredited to official local, national or international press associations will have access to coverage. It will be necessary to present an official document from the organization to enter the stadium.

*The number of accredited professionals will follow CONMEBOL determinations and the maximum capacity for journalistic coverage of the stadium.

FACEPASS

Access to the Arena will be via facial recognition. Download the Facepass app and follow the instructions below. Without Facepass, the professional will not be allowed entry.

The professional who has the approved accreditation will receive the ticket through the application.

REQUIREMENTS

Accreditations must be requested, EXCLUSIVELY, via email [email protected] by 12 noon on Monday, May 6th.

  • The application does NOT guarantee accreditation.
  • Requests submitted after the deadline will be automatically discarded.

The email must include:

  • Name and surname of the professional;
  • CPF number (only CPF will be accepted)
  • AMACE, ABRACE or ARFOC number
  • Function/position;
  • Name of the communication vehicle;
  • City;
  • Email and cell phone number;

Incomplete registrations will not be processed.

At the end of the accreditation period, approved professionals will receive confirmation in their respective emails.

CONMEBOL South American

Filming, video recordings inside the stadium (i.e. from the security ring/perimeter) are only permitted to RIGHT HOLDERS of the Tournament. All other non-Right Holder media outlets can only RECORD videos in the Mixed Zone and Press Conference in accordance with the Club Manual:

POSITIONING

Photographers will be in the space behind the advertising boards located behind and on the sides of the goalposts (avoiding the goal area) and must remain seated throughout the match; the movement of these professionals is only allowed during breaks and at the end of the match. The other professionals will perform their duties on the stand or in the press booths.

PERMISSIONS

Any video recordings in the internal areas of Arena Pantanal are strictly prohibited. Only companies holding the competition’s image rights will be able to capture images of the match. Accredited TV professionals must keep their video equipment turned off, and only the recording of the press conference and interviews will be permitted in the mixed zone.

ATTENTION: Media outlets that do not respect CONMEBOL rules, particularly in relation to filming inside the Arena, may be subject to sanctions.

MIXED AREA

The mixed zone will be released 15 minutes after the end of the match. Interviews immediately after the match are prohibited, except for broadcast rights holders.

PRESS CONFERENCE

The post-game press conference will take place in the Arena Pantanal press room. Professionals accredited for the match may participate and they must be in the press room within 8 (eight) minutes after the final whistle.

Live broadcasts are prohibited. Reproduction of the content will only be permitted after the end of the second press conference.
