The latest film by one of Marvel’s most beloved heroes has finished filming: we’re talking about Deadpool 3.
The news was revealed by Ryan Reynolds himself, who plays Deadpool, on his Instagram account. This is what he said, sharing a photo of his suit:
“The suit hides blood. Also sweat… But today, with the end of filming on Deadpool, it’s mostly tears. A giant and eternal thank you to the cast and crew of our film who fought against the wind, the rain, the strikes and the Hugh Jackman… all under the robust leadership of Shawn Levy (the director).”
“I was lucky enough to make a film with my closest friends and that doesn’t happen very often. See you on July 26th…”
“Deadpool 3” was originally scheduled to be released in theaters on May 3, 2024, but was delayed, along with many other films, during the SAG-AFTRA strike last year. Its new date is July 26th.
Several behind-the-scenes photos have been revealed throughout the film’s filming, giving us a slightly clearer idea of what to expect (including Dogpool!).
