Until now, toll payment in Slovakia was carried out exclusively via a specific solution from the local operator.
DKV Box Europe is easy to install, configure and update via a mobile network interface. Furthermore, customers who already own DKV Box Europe can simply add and activate the toll payment function for Slovakia online, without having to replace the device.
Both the Slovakian toll system and DKV Box Europe comply with the European Electronic Tolling Service (EETS), which aims to provide users with access to European toll roads with a single contract and a single device provided by an EETS provider .
DKV Box Europe covers a total of 17 toll areas in 14 European countries, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia and Switzerland, as well as the following bridges and tunnels: the Warnow Crossing and the Herren Tunnel in Germany, the Liefkenshoektunnel in Belgium, the Storebælt Bridge in Denmark and the Øresund Bridge in Sweden.
