Dominican Republic: kills the Minister of the Environment in his office and barricades himself in the Ministry

Dominican Republic Environment Minister Orlando Jorge Mera was shot dead by a man who broke into his office while the weekly meeting was in progress. A police strike team intervened to capture the attacker, who barricaded himself in the ministry.
