Downward trading for European stocks, including Piazza Affari

(Teleborsa) – Bad day for Piazza Affari and the other main European stock exchanges. Wall Street’s performance was substantially weak, with the S&P-500 recording a decline of 0.51%.

The Euro / US Dollar was negative, down 0.69%. Bad day for gold, which continues the session at 2,038.1 dollars an ounce, down 0.81%. Oil (Light Sweet Crude Oil) continues the session just below parity with a negative change of 0.61%.

On parity, the spread remains at +159 basis points, with the yield on the 10-year BTP standing at 3.78%.

Among the markets of the Old Continent, a modest decline was recorded for Frankfurt, which dropped a small -0.49%, London was thoughtful, with a fractional drop of 0.48%, and Paris wavered, with a modest drop of 0.34%.

Caution prevails in Piazza Affari, with the FTSE MIB continuing the session with a slight decline of 0.31%; along the same lines, the FTSE Italia All-Share is depressed, trading below the levels of the day before at 32,331 points.

The FTSE Italia Mid Cap is below parity, showing a decline of 0.24%; following the same trend, the FTSE Italia Star is negative (-1%).

Among the best performers in Milan, Mediobanca (+1.86%), Saipem (+1.31%), Generali Assicurazioni (+0.91%) and Banca MPS (+0.87%) stand out.

The worst performances, however, were recorded by Amplifon, which obtained -3.37%.

Interpump scende del 2,20%.

Sharp decline for Stellantis, which recorded a -1.67%.

Slow day for DiaSorin, which recorded a drop of 1.50%.

At the top of the ranking of mid-cap stocks in Milan, Saras (+4.66%), D’Amico (+4.49%), Lottomatica Group (+4.16%) and Mondadori (+1.79%) .

The strongest sales, however, are seen on Fincantieri, which continues trading at -3.35%.

Ferragamo is under pressure, with a sharp decline of 2.75%.
