Former Colombian soccer player Edison Toloza suffered a serious traffic accident in the early hours of Monday, May 6, in Cali, Valle del Cauca, when he was driving his motorcycle and crashed badly.

However, the fact was only known until last night, when his friend and teammate at Junior de Barranquilla, Juan Guillermo Carachito Domínguez, published a story on his Instagram account in which he sent him a message of strength and speedy recovery. .

Toloza, remembered for being one of the scorers of the last decade of Colombian professional football, was taken from the emergency room to the Cristo Rey Clinic, where he is still recovering from his injuries. According to the newspaper El Heraldo, he suffered a serious head injury.
