In recent weeks, Norwegian TV viewers have finally been reunited with Else Kåss Furuseth (43) in TVNorge’s talk show “ELSE!”. Every single Sunday, the 43-year-old invites various well-known personalities to the studio, and gets to know them better.
– Embarrassing to say out loud
In addition, the episodes end with a small sequence where the TV profile is dating, as a lead-up to her upcoming wedding in Oslo Spektrum. Already next month, Else will be a bride, but it is not yet known whether she has found a groom.

The previous dates of the talk show host have been with unknown men, but this week it is a popular artist who meets her. Else is sitting with a chilled bottle of bubbly, and two glasses, when Stian “Staysman” Thorbjørnsen (42) enters the Rabalder Bar on Grünerløkka in Oslo.
– A little “red flag”
Stian brings a bouquet of flowers for Else, and admits that he was nervous ahead of the date.

– I never drink beer before something, when I have to do important things, but today I had a beer, he says and explains that he is not used to being in such settings – and that he actually had to Google what to do do on the first date.
Else tries, as she should, to show understanding for Stian’s nervousness, and says that she has written down a list of several different topics of conversation – in case there should be an awkward silence.
– All she lacks is a man
– That is actually a bit of a “red flag”. Then it’s better with embarrassing silence, I think, than for you to pull out a sheet of paper from your pocket with… how many points are there? Hundred? says the artist laughingly, to even more laughter from Else.
Ready for love
They decide to take a shot each, before getting to know each other a little better. Stian says that he spends a lot of time with his children, and that he appreciates gray weather days.

When asked if he is ready to find love again, he replies:
– I’m ready to try. As I said, it’s a challenge, but it’s not like you give up.
After the bar visit, the duo decide to move on to a party at Stian’s friend, Vidar Villa (34). It was a damp evening that Else admits she doesn’t remember much of – until she came to herself at McDonalds at half past four in the morning.
– The date was a bet
When asked by Se og Hør about what it was like to be on a date with Furuseth, Thorbjørnsen replies:
– Is very fond of Else and really enjoys her company. Beyond that, I have no comment.
Whether love arose between Furuseth and Thorbjørnsen remains to be seen.
Se og Hør has tried to get a comment on this matter from Else Kåss Furuseth, so far without success.
