Tottenham Hotspur were held by West Ham United 1-1 in the match week 31 of the Premier League at the London Stadium, Wednesday (3/4) early morning WIB.

Winger Brennan Johnson gave Tottenham a quick 1-0 lead in the fifth minute. The visitors attacked West Ham from the right side.

Timo Werner was the actor in Johnson’s goal. From the left side Werner gave a horizontal cross towards the front of the West Ham goal, Johnson quickly grabbed the ball with his right foot.

Pedro Porro almost doubled Tottenham’s lead if his right footed shot did not go wide on the left side of Lukasz Fabianski’s goal.

Son Heung Min tried the opportunity to add a goal for The Lilywhites in the 13th minute. But Son Heung Min’s curling shot was saved by Fabianski.

Host West Ham scored a goal back in the 19th minute. Defender Kurt Zouma neatly headed the ball into the top left corner of Tottenham’s goal after maximizing Jarrod Bowen’s corner kick.

Tottenham put a lot of pressure on The Hammers in the remainder of the first half. But every opportunity that arose could not be converted into a goal.
