Morocco, first in Group E, won 1-0 against Zambia, which was eliminated in favor of Ivory Coast, qualified for the round of 16 of the African Cup of Nations, Wednesday evening in San -Pedro.

While a draw would have been enough for them, Zambia finished third at the end of this third and final day of the group stage, but did not appear among the four best third-placed teams, unlike the Ivorian Elephants, who will therefore continue their adventure on their soil.
