The police were actually in Melanie Müller’s house for a completely different reason. The 35-year-old ex-jungle queen from 2014 is said to owe the German tax office around 60,000 euros. During a raid on Melanie Müller’s home, the officers found two bags with suspicious contents in her handbag, as “Bild” reports.

After an examination in the laboratory, it turns out that there were 0.69 grams of cocaine and an ecstasy tablet. Müller claims that the drugs are leftovers from her ex, as the “Morgenpost” writes. The public prosecutor’s office brought charges against Melanie Müller in November on “the charge of unlawful possession of narcotics.” It is one of several proceedings currently underway against the ex-jungle queen.

Melanie Müller gave the Hitler salute several times

Around eight months after a video with a possibly right-wing radical gesture became known, the Leipzig public prosecutor’s office has brought charges against Ballermann singer Melanie Müller. The 35-year-old is accused of having performed the so-called Hitler salute several times in the direction of the audience as a singer on a stage in Leipzig in mid-September 2022, the prosecution in the Saxon city announced on Wednesday.

Müller, whose real name is Melanie Blümer, is accused of using the symbols of unconstitutional and terrorist organizations. According to the information, the singer denied the accusation during the investigation. The public prosecutor’s office did not provide any further information about the status of the investigation. The Leipzig District Court will decide whether to admit the charges. The charges were filed at the beginning of May. Melanie Müller denies the allegations.
