Attar warned that the incidence of new crowns in France is rising sharply. When talking about issues related to health passes, Attar said that measures to expand the use of health passes will still be implemented as originally planned. Starting on the 21st of this month, entering cultural and entertainment venues with more than 50 people must hold a health pass; from August, entering restaurants, bars and other dining venues and long-distance travel activities must hold a health pass.
If the relevant places fail to strictly check the health pass, the first violation will be fined 1,500 Euros, and the repeated violations will be fined 9,000 Euros. However, this penalty has been far lower than the official original proposed fine of 45,000 euros.
