MOSCA – A couple poses for a selfie on the suspension bridge over the Moscova of the brand new Zaryade Park behind San Basilio. The warm spring sun, a prelude to summer, has awakened Moscow, a capital that now rivals its Western cousins. Families with pushchairs swarm along the riverside, children chase each other among the jets of the fountains, young people whiz by with their scooters, while the pavements teem with café terraces.
