Xi’an News Network News On March 6, Li Mingyuan, deputy to the National People’s Congress and mayor of Xi’an, suggested that the state should further support Xi’an to build a high-quality China Railway Express (Xi’an) assembly center when participating in the Shaanxi delegation’s group review of the government work report.
Li Mingyuan said that many of the tasks mentioned in the government work report are directly related to Shaanxi and Xi’an, especially the important measures of “expanding high-level opening up”, which provide important opportunities for Shaanxi and Xi’an to promote opening up and make up for shortcomings. It is recommended that the state further support Xi’an to build a high-quality China-Europe freight train (Xi’an) assembly center.
