BOX OFFICE: Tickets can also be purchased at the Club’s box office, next to Ginásio Gigantinho, on April 9th, from 10am to 6pm, by members and non-members (according to availability).
Obs: As it is a CONMEBOL Sudamericana game, there will be no physical ticket office on the day of the match.
To access the Stadium, presentation of an E-ticket and photo identification document are mandatory.
Stadium access flows
Arrive as early as possible to avoid long lines!
1 – Access to the Stadium will be carried out directly at the gates selected at Check-In or ticket.
2 – Service entry for employees and third parties who will work on the game will be through Gate 3 – exclusively with accreditation, carried out at Gigantinho.
3 – The Stadium patio will be protected by a security perimeter, with free access for fans through points controlled by the Club’s security.
4 – Controlled access will be distributed along Avenida Padre Cacique, Rua Nestor Ludwig, Estátua do Fernandão, garage building and Espaço Sunset (staircase).
Access for under 18s
Check below all the information about access for children (0 to 11 years old) and teenagers (12 to 17 years old).
GENERAL RULE: all children and adolescents, members or non-members, must confirm their presence at the Stadium, making the Check-In or ticket purchase.
Lap children up to 4 years old: Entry is free and must be accompanied by a person in charge. You are not required to confirm your presence.
5 to 11 years old:
– Coloradinho member: must check-in in the Members Area.
Note: the Coloradinho Partner may enter any sector of the FREE AREA, accompanying the person in charge. In the Leased/Perpetual sector, accompanying the person in charge, entry will be allowed to the available seats and respecting the ownership of the chairs.
– Non-member: Entry is free to any sector of the FREE AREA, and the person responsible must issue the voucher (free of charge).
ATTENTION TO THE ACCESS PROCEDURE FOR CHILDREN FROM 5 TO 11 YEARS OLD: the access procedure via the website (check-in or entry at no cost) is carried out, child aged 5 to 11 will be able to attend the stadium so that the access procedure can be carried out at one of the (11) eleven stands that will be installed next to each gate (lower level) and the (4) four access ramps to the upper level, where the person responsible must Present the Coloradinho wallet to the access operator with the Check-in duly completed or, in the case of non-member children, the exchange voucher. REMEMBER: exchange stands open 1 hour before the gates open.
After checking valid access by the operator, children will receive an official Club identification bracelet, which will allow them to quickly and safely enter all the turnstiles in the free area of the stadium, always accompanying the person responsible, who must have the their respective accesses via membership card loaded at Check-in or ticket. Only children will access with the bracelet.
It is important to highlight that after reading the card or voucher at the child identification booths, they will lose their validity. The bracelet guarantees entry into the stadium.
12 to 17 years old:
– Member: Check-In or purchase a ticket according to the date stipulated for your membership category.
– Non-member: You must confirm your presence by purchasing your ticket. You must present your E-ticket and photo ID to access the Stadium.
Fan Procedures and Prohibited Items in the Stadium
Gigante + Seguro is an initiative by Sport Club Internacional to reinforce its commitment to combating the various forms of violence and discrimination present in football. The program aims to strengthen and expand the security and anti-discrimination initiatives carried out by the Club, engaging its fans and partners and bringing them closer together as a Colorado community.
Posters will be posted throughout the internal area of the Stadium with instructions for fans, which aim to clarify doubts about the procedures that must be followed during their presence. Likewise, before the start of the game and during halftime, the stadium’s emergency plan and other useful guidelines for the public will be displayed on the screen.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: The left-luggage service operates on match days, and its operation begins two hours before the gates open and ends 30 minutes after the end of the match. Free of charge, the service is located in Gigantinho, close to Gate 3 of the gym, and is intended for the temporary storage of objects that have prohibited access to Beira-Rio.
The following are not accepted in the luggage storage: food, drinks, weapons and any type of object/substance of illicit origin.
CAS operation
The Member Service Center (CAS) is open from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm, and on Saturdays, from 9am to 1pm. On game days, CAS still operates until the end of the first half of the match.

Ombudsman
The Ombudsman’s Office will operate with in-person service until the end of the first half of the match. Afterwards, they will answer via WhatsApp, at (51) 98336-0118, until the game ends.

Visiting fans
ONLINE: The sale of tickets for visitors on the website takes place from Monday 04/08, starting at 10 a.m., until Wednesday 04/10 at 10 p.m.
To make the online purchase, the fan must access the Mundo Colorado website and register, attaching all the requested documents. You can only access the website once the documents have been validated.
BOX OFFICE: The physical ticket office is installed in the container behind the Beira-Rio Stadium Events Center, with access from Nestor Ludwig Street, and will be open on Tuesday 04/09 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Because it is a CONMEBOL Sudamericana match, there cannot be a physical box office on the day of the match.

Due to the guidance of international security and the Military Police, visitors must arrive at the Beira-Rio Stadium as early as possible.
Visitor access will be through the door located on Rua Nestor Ludwig (visitor entrance).

Guidelines for obtaining half-price:
Important: the CME will only operate on match days, from 10 am until one hour after the start of the match.
2. Speed up service by checking whether you have the documents required by law to prove access to the benefit, according to the half-price category to which you are entitled.
Important: Proof must be provided with original documents.
3. Present the legal documents and obtain validation of the voucher, exchanging it for a valid ticket to access the game. If the right to half-price is not proven, the fan may:
The. COMPLETE the missing amount to complete the ticket, when exchanging the voucher at CME;
B. CANCEL the purchase at Mundo Colorado and wait for the amount paid to be refunded.
Important: CANCELLATION of half-price purchases can only be made until the gates open.
4. Try to exchange the voucher as early as possible, according to CME’s opening hours, and ensure smooth and safe access to the game.
