Gaza, NY Times shows video of Israeli soldiers celebrating after raid – Corriere TV

The images were used by South Africa in its genocide case at the UN Court of Justice

(LaPresse) The New York Times has published numerous videos of Israeli soldiers engaged in Gaza, shared on their personal social profiles, which could become a big problem for the armed forces involved in the war against Hamas in the Strip. Some of these shots show toasts after the raids, demolitions of civilian areas with bulldozers, insults to the Palestinian population, which, according to some experts quoted by the New York Times, could constitute evidence of violations of the Geneva Convention. Some of these videos were used by South Africa as evidence to support the genocide charge brought against Israel at the UN Court of Justice. In an official comment, Israeli army leaders condemned the videos, calling the behavior displayed in them “deplorable”. (LaPresse)
