Helene Fischer is one of the most successful artists in Germany. However, the singer continues to reinvent herself. A few months ago, for example, she recorded a remix of her hit “Atemlos” with Shirin David, in which Shirin contributed a rap part.
Fans love Helene for her spectacular stage shows. During her “Rausch” tour, where she was supported by artists from Cirque du Soleil, she performed gymnastics on a trapeze and was spun around by a robot arm while singing “Breathless.” She also performed an intimate dance on stage with her partner Thomas Seitel.

Now there are reports that Helene is allegedly planning her next big project. While fans will have to wait a little longer until the singer’s stage comeback in 2026, Helene is reportedly already working on her new album. And this should be completely different than anything she has done before.
Does Helene Fischer sing children’s songs now?
Since the end of her tour, Helene Fischer has only contacted her fans sporadically via social media. The singer made her last post at the end of January when she wanted to point out her concert film on ARD. Since then, there has been mostly radio silence on her Instagram profile.
A possible reason for this could actually be that she is working on a big new project. Because how “schlager.de” now reported that Helene is already planning her next album. She released her last record entitled “Rausch” in October 2021, 2.5 years ago.

Since then, there have been further releases with the live album and the project with Shirin David, but fans have been waiting for really new music for a while.
This could actually be an end. According to the report, Helene is already working hard on a new album. However, this could have little to do with their previous projects. As the portal writes, Helene supposedly wants to release an album for children.
Further details are currently not known. For example, it is unclear whether Helene would have new songs composed for the album or whether her own songs would be rewritten into child-friendly versions. There is also no release date for the possible album yet.
A lot of competition for hit queen Helene Fischer
If Helene actually decided to release an album for children, she would definitely have competition. There are the Schlager kids, for example. Benedikta, Miguel, Lena and Phil cover famous pop songs in their own unique way.
Susanne Sommerland has chosen a path similar to the one Helene Fischer could take with the new album. The singer released an album of children’s songs back in 2010. As of September 2023, the album had already been in the charts for 460 weeks, longer than any other artist, including Helene Fischer. It is anything but unlikely that Helene could be successful with a similar album.
It’s gradually getting warmer outside and with spring the festival season is getting closer and closer. The most traditional rock festival is still Rock am Ring, which takes place every year in early summer. It takes place parallel to the sister festival Rock im Park. The event at the Nürburgring in Rhineland-Palatinate attracts over 90,000 visitors, and tickets are always in high demand.
